William A Needham, 69, Westerville, OH passed from this realm into heaven on April 14, 2022. He was Brooklyn, NY, born and bred but came to Westerville, OH in 1990 with his wife Robin Allen. Pre-deceased by his parents William and Elisabeth Needham, he is survived by his sister Patricia Toomey and niece Aileen and grandnephews Cian and Dylan of Salt Lake City, Utah. He graduated from DeSales University. Bill was a treasure to behold. His quick wit, wisdom and strong character was loved by all his family, friends, neighbors and clients. Bill was always drawn to the construction industry. As master of many trades, in Brooklyn he renovated brownstones and in Ohio he applied his gift for creating beauty by transforming a 100 year old farm house into a gracious home. For the last 10 years, Bill owned Fabulous Floors, making magic with hardwood floors and bringing customer’s visions of their homes to life. Bill was a lover of cats, horses (with his wife Robin), mowing the lawn and pick-up trucks. He set an example with his generosity of spirit and deep love for all his family and friends. He leaves an empty place in the hearts of everyone who had the joy to know him. Bill’s funeral mass will be held Wednesday, May 11, 2022, at 10am at St Patrick’s Cathedral, 280 N. Grant Ave, Columbus. The family would like to welcome all who wish to celebrate Bill’s life to a simple reception after the funeral mass at Bill and Robin’s home, 12107 Robins Rd, Westerville, OH.
