Virginia Jane Kramer

Virginia Jane Lowe Kramer, 67, of Lore City, OH passed away on Monday, July 25, 2022 at Genesis Hospice in Zanesville, OH. Born September 14, 1954 in Mt. Sterling, KY, she was the daughter of the late Lewis Lowe and the late Sarah McCracken Eller Lowe of Stanton, KY. She was preceded in death by her beloved sister Mary Lou “Boo” Eller Williams and beloved brothers Avery Richard Eller, Charles Monroe Eller, William Clyde Eller, and Jimmy Gene Eller. Virginia was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and aunt who will be greatly missed by her family. Survivors include her husband, Robert Donald Kramer of Lore City, OH, her son, Charles Lee Hays of Lore City, OH, her sister, Nancy (Doug) Lowe Caudill of Dry Ridge, KY, her brother, Dwight David (Cindy) Lowe of The Villages, FL, 3 grandchildren, Cheyenne Marie Hays, Mercedes Amber Nicole Hays and Robert Charles Hays, and many nieces and nephews. Due to ongoing health issues Virginia was not able to attend all the family events she would have liked in life and did not wish to have a funeral service in death. She is with her beloved Mother and family now and her wish for everyone left behind is a long, healthy, happy life filled with people that you love and that love you in return.
