Timothy Lee Hummel

Timothy Lee Hummel, 57, of Lancaster, Ohio passed away on Thursday, November 2nd 2023 - one day before his 58th birthday, at the Pickering House after a long battle with pancreatic cancer. He was born in Lancaster, Ohio to Peggy & Allen Hummel on November 3rd 1965. Tim graduated from Liberty Union High School in 1983. He played in the school band. He was a truck driver for over 30 years at various truck companies. Tim loved the Pittsburgh steelers, and the Cincinnati Reds. He also played in various rock bands over the years as an amazing drummer.

Tim was preceded in death by his parents, ex-wife, Paula Hummel, step-son, J.C. , and his best friend and uncle, Jay Stevens. Tim is survived by his two daughters, Tia (Cody) Kibble and Caitlin Hummel; his son, Jayse Hummel; his brothers, Gary & Keith Hummel; his grandchildren, Madyson Romano, Aniya Hanna, Levi & Holden Kibble; Great friends, Marsha Valentine, Melody Eck, Susan Shepherd and many more Great friends and lots of family. The world lost a great man and our world is a little darker without him. We know he's rocking with Jay in Heaven! He will be greatly missed.
