Terry L Coakley

Terry L. Coakley, 63, of Carroll, Ohio passed away on September 14, 2021, at Fairfield Medical Center. He was surrounded by his loved ones. Terry was born November 19, 1957 in Lancaster, Ohio. He grew up in the Coakley family farmhouse on Coakley Road which has been in the family for six generations. He graduated from Bloom Carroll High School in 1976.Terry was a senior professional semi-truck owner operator, leased for many years to Bridge Terminal Transport and later to MC Tank Inc. Terry dedicated much of his life to his family, the farm and the family farmhouse which he worked tirelessly to upkeep and restore. He was a talented, hardworking "jack-of-all-trades" who could build or fix anything! He loved to ride motorcycles and spend time with his family and friends. He also loved traveling, going coast to coast visiting numerous beaches, vineyards and historical sites. Terry was preceded in death by his parents Eva (Russell) and Darrell Coakley. He leaves behind his two sons Maxwell and Nicholas Coakley, his long-time girlfriend Sandra Daubenspeck, his sister Diane Coakley and brother Darren Coakley as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. He will be dearly missed and always remembered. There will be a celebration of Terry’s life in the coming weeks.
