Shawn David Whitehead

Shawn David Whitehead, Age 54 of Lancaster, passed away unexpectedly on June 29, 2024. He was born in Lancaster, Ohio and graduated from Lancaster High School. His presence in the community and the lives he touched will be profoundly missed.

Those who knew Shawn will remember him for his artistic abilities and his creativity. He expressed himself through music by playing the guitar and listening to music. You would often find him sketching or drawing. Among these he also shared a passion for cooking and was very good at it.

Shawn was preceded in death by his loving father Terry J Whitehead. Beloved son of Pam Whitehead, who survives him. He was a proud father to four daughters: Tiffany, Tia, Tabitha, and Tosha Whitehead, who each carry a piece of his spirit and creativity. Shawn's joy was multiplied with the birth of his three grandchildren, Daisy, Gemma, and Shooter Rowe.

Shawn David Whitehead will be deeply missed, but his light will continue to shine in the lives of his family and friends. The stories of his life will be told and retold, keeping the essence of his being alive for generations to come.

In honor of Shawn's wishes, he is being cremated. The family asks in lieu of flowers that any donations be sent to Leaf Cremation, 1970 Alum Creek Dr, Columbus, Ohio 43207.
