Sharon Lynn Wallace

Sharon Lynn Wallace forever shaped our lives as a wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. Sharon passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on January 15, 2022. She was born on April 28, 1957 in Mansfield, Ohio. In October of 1974, she married her high school sweetheart & the love of her life, Charles Wallace. Together, they built a life full of love and raised 3 daughters: Jessica (Kenneth) Rainey, Laura (James) Shepard, and Sherrie (Jacob) Lyons. Sharon is survived by her children and grandchildren: Katelyn (Chris) Pugh, Alyssa (Ethynn) Browning, Thomas Rainey, Auston Shepard, and Gavin Rainey-- and soon two great granddaughters, McKinley Grace Pugh and Addilynn Rae Browning; as well as her siblings: Carolyn (Mark) Wallace, Ruthie (Mike) Wallace, Pammy Spradling, Jimmy (Carol) Parker, stepsister Cyndi (David) Tressler & brother in law Ronald (Bonnie) Wallace. Sharon will be remembered as one who loved fiercely and unconditionally, laughed often, and found happiness in the simple things. Her legacy will be carried on by her family and friends with every morning coffee, trips to Lake Erie, and each ray of sunshine. In our grief, we will cherish each memory and keep her memory alive through love and faith. Every time we listen to the wind and hear the melody of the chimes, we will know that she is still with us. A special thank you to Ohio Health Hospice, her daughter Sherrie & son in law Jacob for the wonderful care through her end of life journey at home.
