Sean was married to Tasha Kay (Norwood) Jafarzadeh for 20yrs. They were high school sweet hearts. They have 2 son's Damien (Carter) Jafarzadeh and Elijah (Landon) Jafarzadeh. His brothers Kevin (Teresa) Marshall Jason Pakrosnis his sister Lauren Jafarzadeh sister in laws Sherry Eck Tami Queen Tina Gage Jamie Mason many nieces and nephews he adored very much.

He is proceeded in death by his parents Marylin Jo White and Sam Jafarzadeh

Sean was a chef and loved to cook for everyone. His wife and family were the most important thing to him. Sean's memorial service will be Sat Jan 7 2-5 at 116 Perry st Lancaster Ohio
