“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” - John 3:16
Ronnie D. Boyer, age 77, of Waverly, OH went home to be with the Lord on September 25, 2022.
He leaves behind his loving wife of 51 years: Margie Boyer; also his daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter: Anna, Charles, and Lauren Fedell; as well as his son (and family) and sister.
He is proceeded in death by his dear Christian mother: Mae Vulgamore.
Dad was a very genuine, good-hearted, honest living man. He held fast to his belief in Jesus Christ and was out-spoken on the topics of faith and politics. He enjoyed his many collections and wholeheartedly loved his many pitbulls throughout the years; Buddy, Summer, and Patches to name a few. He was a veteran of the US Army and was proud to have served.
Dad was a master craftsman in woodworking and could fix most anything. He was amused by and found truth in the statement: "For every problem there is a redneck solution". Dad was a real "character" to say the least. He taught me so many handy-man tricks and fixes but more importantly he taught me independence, self-reliance, and a strong work ethic.
He will be sorely missed and held close in our hearts. I am proud to have had the privilege of calling him dad.
