Ronald Matthew Foy

Ronald M Foy, 57, passed away on October 17, 2020 in Warren, OH. Ron was born on June 18, 1963 to Ronald C. Foy and Barbara A. Foy in Warren. He joined the U.S. Army in 1982 and was honorably discharged in 1993. He worked many years as a Corrections Officer at Franklin Medical Center. Ron was an avid sports fan and sports encyclopedia - he could answer any sports related question anybody had. He enjoyed reading the daily paper and doing the crossword puzzle. He was a loving father of 3 and a grandfather of 6. Ron was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Foy. He is survived by his father, Ronald Foy; brothers, Kevin Foy and Jerry Foy; wife, Tamela Foy; children, Tasha (Kaleb) Fry, Ryan Foy, and Jonathan Foy; grandchildren, Damarion Foy, Ryan Foy Jr, Jayceon Foy, Kyrie Foy, Zariah Foy, and Nova Foy. Ron is also survived by a host of other family members and friends. Visitation will be held on October 22, 2020 from 1-2pm with a service to follow at 2pm at Leaf Cremation, 1970 Alum Creek Drive Columbus, OH 43207.
