Roger Keith Hanna

Sgt. Roger Keith Hanna, age 67, passed away unexpectedly on August 13, 2020 due to complications from an automobile accident. Roger, who retired from the United States Air Force after more than 20 years of honorable service, was the recipient of numerous medals and awards such as: National Defense Service Medal, Air Force Longevity Service Ribbon, Air Force Good Conduct Medal, and Air Force Overseas Short Tour Ribbon. After his active military service, Roger became employed by the United States Postal Service, which he retired from after 23 years. Roger is survived by his son, Roger Kenneth Hanna (Tracey); sister, Melissa Hanna-Brothers (Dana Boerner); brother, Scott Hanna; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins; several members of the Smallwood family. He is preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Pauline Hanna. A graveside memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 22, 2020 at Forest Cemetery, 905 N. Court St. Circleville Ohio 43113 at 12:00 pm. Masks are required and social distancing will be observed.
