Robert Newbern

On January 16th , 1991, Robert “Mojo” Newbern, was born in Columbus, Ohio to Jocelyn Newbern at Riverside Hospital. Robert was taken away from us on November 29, 2021, at the age of 30 in his hometown. Robert was the life of the party, loving, funny, and had the spirit of a pit bull in Chihuahua’s body! Robert loved making the room feel full whenever he entered. He loved to rap, sing, travel, play basketball, football, gaming, and old school music. He loved his children Savion and My’ Angel as well as his deceased son Robert, and was excited to meet his daughter Legacci that is due any day now. Loved ones left to share his memories are his children Savion Newbern, My’ Angel Newbern, and Legacci Newbern; parent Jocelyn Newbern, Grandmother Joyce Newbern, siblings Lori Jones, Adonna Newbern, Reginald Franklin, Brittany Newbern Franklin, a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and step siblings who will miss him dearly. Robert was preceded in death by his uncles Travis Williams and Andre Partee and his son Robert Likely – Newbern. We are comforted by the fact that Robert is with our God and or lord Jesus now. We will meet again someday. We all love and miss him very much. He will forever live in our heart, thoughts, and prayers.
