Richard Lee Butcher

Richard Lee Butcher, age 59, recently of Cambridge, passed away on Monday, October 31, 2022, at his home in Amsterdam, OH.

He was born in Streetsboro, Ohio on oct 8, 1963 to Betty J. (Jenkins) and the late Ernest R. Butcher. Richard served in the army for nearly 10 years. In his free time Richard enjoyed building model cars, spending time with his wife and basset hounds.

He is survived by his wife Denise Butcher along with his children, Travis Butcher, Zachary (Ashley) Butcher and step son Andrew (Ayla) Bouvier. His surviving siblings include Cindy Mulinix, Randy Butcher and Fred Butcher as well as 8 grandchildren Justin, Keigan, Jaxton, Landon, Nathan, James, Kristopher and Lilith.  In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by two sons, Justin and Matthew Butcher; siblings, John Jenkins, Theresa Robey, Joyce Michaels and brother in law Jack Mulinix. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
