Rebecca Elizabeth Holderfield

Rebecca Elizabeth Holderfield, age 62, of Rushville, OH, passed away on June 9, 2024. She was a beautiful kind soul and a true fighter.

Rebecca is survived by her husband, Kenneth Holderfield; son and daughter-in-law, Christopher and Jennifer Holderfield; daughter and son-in-law, Rachel and Kyle Slone; sister and brother-in-law, Christina and Dan Vincent; grandchildren Karson, Elizabeth, Andrew, Addilyn, Gabriel, and Elanora; as well as nephews Justin, Jacob, and Jared.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Elizabeth Holderfield; mother, Linda Lawrence Terrell; and father, B. Edger Terrell.

Rebecca graduated from Shelbyville High School in 1980. She enjoyed her time as a vet technician, dental assistant, and bus aid. She was a dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother. Becoming a grandmother was her greatest blessing, and she cherished every moment with her grandchildren. Rebecca also found joy in volunteering with her sister at a local animal rescue in Shelbyville, Indiana.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to FAIRHOPE Hospice, Lancaster, Ohio. Rest in peace, Rebecca Holderfield. Your kindness and fighting spirit will be dearly missed.
