Paul Keith Throgmorton

Paul Keith Throgmorton, 76, of Delaware, Ohio passed away on December 14th 2024 at his home. He is survived by his wife Susan, they shared 54 years of marriage together.

Born on October 31st, 1948, in Kevil Ballard County, Kentucky, Paul was the son of Albert Edward Throgmorton and Hortense Catherine Futrell. He was preceded in death by his parents and sisters Betty Jo Baldree and Anna V Harris. He graduated from the University of Kentucky in 1977 with a BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He also held a Masters of Divinity from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He served from 1970 to 1974 in the United States Air Force, with one tour in Vietnam as a Weapons Mechanic. His professional career consisted of serving as bi-vocational pastor of Fellowship Baptist Church in Jackson, Ohio for 11 years. As well as utilizing his Engineering degree on many projects, including Nuclear Plants and Federal buildings.

He is survived by his wife alongside his daughter Elizabeth Bowen (Bo), son Matthew Throgmorton (Jo Ann). His adopted children James and Jennifer Throgmorton. He is also survived by his grandchildren Nicolas Godin(Emily), Jordan Shutts, and Lilly Throgmorton. 

 The family plans a memorial service at a later date. The family requests that no gifts are necessary. 

Paul was a very caring, compassionate, loving man who will be greatly missed.
