Naomi was a loving Mom, sister, Grandmother, and friend. She always wanted to show that she cared and did whatever she could to make family and friends happy. She was a retired Union carpenter. She was proud of many of the projects she worked on, including the Lucasville prison rebuild after the riot, the Carl Perkins bridge in West Portsmouth, Ohio, and the Gallipolis Locks and Dam. Also, the Emerald Parkway bridge in Dublin along with the Tuttle and Polaris malls and Easton Town Center. She worked hard in a field not accustomed to female workers. She had specialized training in building scaffolding and working with Hazardous material removal. In her retirement years she spent most of her time visiting with family and caring for her West Highland Terrier Isabelle. In her final days she was cared for by Heartland Hospice and Meadow Grove Transitional Care. Special thanks goes out to the nurses and staff who took such great care of our mother. We will miss her dearly.
