Melisse Strauch

Melisse (Kuehner) Strauch, age 90, of Pickerington, OH went to heaven to join her husband and family on 12/31/2021. She was born 3/11/1931 in Columbus, Ohio and was the daughter of Kenneth and Pearl (Beard) Kuehner. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Harry Strauch and brother Kenneth Kuehner Jr. She earned a Bachelor's degree from Capital University and was a teacher for many years. After retirement, she spent her time selling at flea markets where she made many friends. She was an avid collector of many pretty things and she loved decorating her car for each season. She was also a lifelong animal lover. Heaven gained a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She will be greatly missed by all. She enjoyed taking her grandchildren to the movies and spending time with them. She is survived by her 3 sons, Kerry (Nancy) Strauch, Eric (Vicki) Strauch, and Darrell (Judy) Strauch. She has 5 wonderful grandkids, Kelly (Sean) Scott, Amy Strauch, Toni (Patrick Tosh) Strauch, David Strauch, and Cassandra Strauch, and one great-grandchild, Oliver Scott. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the humane society. There will be a family grave site memorial at a later date.
