Margaret Ann Vandeusen

Margaret Ann (Peg) Van Deusen, 73, of Lexington, Ohio went to be with the Lord on July 18, 2020. She was born in Toledo, Ohio on December 19, 1946 and was the daughter of the late Carl Haar and Margaret (Sullivan) Haar. She was a graduate of Fremont Ross High School in Fremont, Ohio where she lived most of her early adult life. She worked at several manufacturing locations in the area, the most recent being Whirlpool Corporation in Clyde, Ohio. She also operated her own house and summer cottage cleaning business for many years. She loved to draw, sew, and crochet clothing and crafts. She also participated in the Relay for Life to benefit victims of cancer through the American Cancer Society. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who could always put a smile on your face. She is survived by husband, Don Proctor; brother, Tom (Connie) Haar; sons Jeff (Tracy) Hartlage and Greg (Jennifer) Hartlage; nieces Beth McHugh, Wendy Haar, and Kelly Haar-Hale; 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren, 2 cats, and a dog. A memorial service is scheduled for Sunday July 26, 2020 at 1pm at Shoreline Church. The address is 769 North Locust Street Oak Harbor, Ohio 43449.
