Linda Saum

Linda Saum, 73, passed away April 13, 2023.

Linda was born on August 23, 1949 to Shirley and William L Castle in Sidney Ohio. She was preceded in death by her son, Ray A Saum III and Daughter, Heather L Saum. Her father in law, Ray Saum and her parents also preceded her.

Linda was a cosmetologist and an accomplished artist who won numerous awards over the years at various showings. Linda loved date night at the movies with hubby, Ray. She also enjoyed her arthritis classes at the YMCA in Newark. Linda loved meeting her daughter Courtney and her husband, Bob, for dinner. One her greatest joys was spending time holding her great grandbabies. Her lunches with her best buddies Betty, Carol, Rose, Helen, and Ellie were also favored fun. Linda was a gentle soul who was loved by everyone who knew her. The world was a kinder place with Linda here.

Linda is survived by her husband of 54 years, Ray, her daughter, Courtney (Bob), Her son, Donald, grandsons Tyler(Cecilia), Elijah and Michael. Granddaughters Chrissy (Kevin) and Adena. Linda is also survived by her loving sister, Kim (Marc) Marinello and Mother in law, Mary Saum, many great grandbabies and numerous brothers and sisters in laws...and of course Linda's constant companion and lapdog, Baby.
