Linda Bradley

August 16, 1961 — January 23, 2022

Linda Bradley of Benton Harbor, Michigan passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 23, 2022. She was born August 16, 1961 in Benton Harbor, Michigan. She was the daughter of the late Reverend. L.V. Bradley Sr., and the late Marsue Bradley. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Billy and Bobby Bradley. Also, her sisters, Betty Jean, Patricia Ann, and Brenda Bradley. Linda attended Benton Harbor High School, in Benton Harbor, Michigan. She worked as a representative of the Avon Corporation until her death. During her time there, Linda was awarded with the title of "Top representative" 3 times in a row! She also worked as a teacher's aide for one of her daughter's elementary schools. In fact, Linda worked multiple jobs at numerous times in order to provide the best for her daughters. Linda was a loving, devoted mother to her two daughters, or as she would always call them,"her girls." Another special love of hers was her "Grand-dog", Sammy. The love between Linda and Sammy was very precious; and everyone knew that he was "her baby dog." She also loved to bake, and celebrate the Holidays; especially Christmas, and always remembered everyone's birthday that was included in her big family. Linda gave her life to the Lord many years ago at Tabernacle C.O.G.I.C in Benton Harbor, Michigan, under the leadership of her beloved Bishop Howard Thomas. She loved the Lord, was a devoted sister in Christ, and a mighty prayer warrior in her walk with HIM. Her presence was, and will be, known and felt forever through-out the lives of her daughters, remaining siblings; and her nieces and nephews. She will be deeply missed. Linda is survived by her two daughters Mary Lynn, and Linda Ann Bradley of Columbus, Ohio. Her brothers: L.V. (Mary) Bradley Jr., Timothy Bradley, Emmert (Tracy) Bradley of Benton Harbor, Michigan, Robert (Michele) Bradley of Lansing, Michigan, Nevada (Karen) Bradley of Chicago, Illinois, Edward Bradley of Yorktown, Virginia, and Eric (Gosia) Bradley of Germany. Sisters: Annie V. Bradley of Benton Harbor, Michigan, Virginia Bradley of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Vernell Bradley, and Joyce (Anderson) Cooperwood of Grand Rapids, Michigan, along with a host of beloved niece's, nephew's, and her Grand-dogs; Sammy, Sassy, and Nina. "I will bless you as long as I live; I will lift up my hands, calling on your name. My soul shall be sated (fully satisfied) with choice food, with joyous lips my mouth shall praise you! I think of you upon my bed, I remember you through the watches of the night. You indeed are my savior, and in the shadow of your wings I shout for joy. My soul clings fast to you; your right hand upholds me." Psalm 63 v.5-9, New American Bible, revised edition
