Kaye Parker (1946-2024)
Kaye Parker, 77, of Wheelersburg, Ohio passed away peacefully at Otterbein Gahanna nursing home after a long battle with dementia on Tuesday, January 23rd. She was born in Wheelersburg on May 29, 1946, a daughter to the late Woodrow and Altha Parker. Kaye was a 1964 graduate and Homecoming Queen of Wheelersburg High School. She loved her boys and grandkids, drinking coffee, listening to great music, and making everyone’s lives brighter with her crafts. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
Kaye was preceded in death by her parents, sisters Shelia and Phyllis, brothers Ronnie, Wells “Sugar” and Merrill “Bub” and is survived by her brother Gary and sister Elaine, sons Chris and Brad Wedebrook, grandchildren Brandon, Blake, Brianna, Cadance and Cameron Wedebrook, along with four beautiful great-grandchildren.
To honor and celebrate Kaye’s life, there will be a special celebration on March 8 at “Simply Serendipity” in Wheelersburg. More details to come.
