Kathy Gibson

Kathy Gibson, 58 years old, of Gallipolis, OH went to heaven on 4/16/2024 to be with the Lord.

Kathy was born on July 5, 1965, in Parkersburg, WV and was the daughter of Gene and Carolyn Crites.

She was also preceded in death by Carolyn Crites (mom) Harold Gene Gibson Jr (Ozzy), Roger Tucker, Harold Gene Gibson Jr (Jabbo), Donna Crites (sister n law), great grandparents Thelma and Benjamin Yates, Gary Crites (uncle), Patty Crites (Aunt), and Julie Crites (cousin), Robert Allen (stepbrother), Carolyn Crites (Stuck) (Aunt), Ronald (Buddy) Crites (Uncle), and Don Crites (Uncle).

Kathy enjoyed participating in bible studies, Bingo at the nursing home she resided in, and spending time with her friends and family.

Kathy was a wonderful mother and grandmother, the world is a little darker without her.

Gene Crites (dad), Jeannie Crites (stepmom) Greg Crites (brother), Tracy Crites (sister n law), Sean Congrove (nephew), Becca Crites (niece), and Aaron Powell (nephew), Steve Crites (brother), and Christina Allen (stepsister), Sue Hennes (Aunt), David Crites (Uncle), Sharon Marks (Aunt), and Shirley Boswell (Aunt).

Kathy Gibson's memorial will be held at the Wyngate at Wyndham Hotel located at 1502 Grand Central Avenue Vienna, WV from 10AM-3PM on May 25, 2024, in the community room. Please feel free to attend and express your condolences. All donations will assist in the cremation costs and the cost for the memorial service. Thank you.
