Jeremiah Jay Hallett, 36, of Marengo, OH passed away from an overdose on 05/05/2020. He was born 07/26/1983 in Mount Gilead, OH and was the son of the late Terry and Dottie Hallett. He was also preceded in death by parents and parental grandmother Evelyn Hoskinson. Jeremiah was a graduate of Highland High School in Sparta, OH. He loved to play golf, draw and sing. He will be missed by the people that cared for him. Jay was a kind and caring person who was loyal to a fault and loved deeply. Quick to be a smartass, and witty comebacks. He was fun to be around and always tried to cheer up others.
