Jeffrey Scott Bloede

Jeffrey Scott Bloede, 61, of Pataskala, OH passed away on June 24, 2021 from cardiac arrest. He was born in Cleveland, OH on April 4, 1960. He graduated from Bexley High School in 1978, and attended The Ohio State University and Ashland University. Jeff worked as a Production Scheduler and Operations Manager. He loved his family and friends, and playing with his grandson. He loved music and playing his guitar, and enjoyed his dog, Mitzi. He loved to play golf and cook on his grill. He was a good Christian with a strong faith. He was preceded in death by his parents, James Bloede and Judith (Wood) Bloede. Jeff is survived by his wife, Leanne; his mother and father in-law, John and Sandra Frazier of Delaware, OH; daughter Christa (Bloede) Back and husband Trey Back of Dayton, OH; son Troy Bloede of Pataskala, OH; step-granddaughter Lydia Back; grandson River Lee Back; sister Jill Bloede of Charlotte, NC; sister Janet (Bloede) Caulley and husband Wendell Caulley of Hilliard, OH; nephew Ryan Caulley and wife Elizabeth; his aunts, cousins, and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to a favorite charity of choice, or have a tree planted in Jeff's memory. A small Celebration of Life service will be held for close family and friends. Interment will follow at a later date. 2 Timothy 4:7 - "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith."
