Jeffrey Mihocik

Jeffrey Mihocik, 56, of Columbus, Ohio, sadly passed away on March 5, 2024. He passed peacefully, surrounded by family and loved ones.

He was born in Cleveland, Ohio, to John Mihocik and Carolyn Kish.

Jeff loved to golf, play trivia, and watch his favorite sports franchise, the team formerly known as the Cleveland Indians, win. He had an ear for music and loved the bands he grew up listening to, passing to his children talent and passion for musical arts. He was a caring father, devoted son, and loving partner.

Jeff will be greatly missed by his surviving family: mother, Carolyn Kish; father and step-mother, John and Melanie Mihocik; partner, Jean Hood; five children, Colette Mihocik, Courtney Mikulski, Emma Mihocik, Chris Mihocik, and Jamie Mihocik; and cat, Big Sandy.

In lieu of a service, the family will plan a celebration of life memorial for later in the year.

Jeff’s vibrant spirit and love for life will forever be remembered by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. His family thanks anyone who has reached out, offered condolences, and supported them while grieving their loss.
