James Preston Chaney was born in Burnwell, West Virginia on the sunrise of May 21, 1941 and passed away on the sunset September 13, 2020. Preceded in death by wife, father, mother, and 8 siblings. Graduated from Kingston high school. joined the United States army. From there he moved to Columbus, Ohio and married Bobby A. Chaney.
