James Mark Horn, 64, of Lima, Ohio passed away on June 21, 2021. He was born and raised in Lima, Ohio yet always knew Austin, Texas was where his soul would soar. He was the son of George and Maxine Horn who both precede him in death. Mark was a gifted painter, ballroom dancer, philosopher, and business consultant. He loved fishing, learning, conversing and working with people, and advocating for change in systems he felt could better serve the community. Mark was a loving and thoughtful man with sage advice and great insight to share with the world. He will be greatly missed. He is survived by his four children, Scott (Mindy) Horn, Kara Weisbrod, Riley (Silvia) Horn, and Sarah (Cable) Jones, his sister Tressa (Lowell) Merriman, his brother Steve Horn (LuAnn Sawyer), along with five nieces, a nephew, and six amazing grandkids.
