James Boston "Buzzy" Whiteside was born in Nashville, Tennessee on June 10, 1947 and gained his wings on April 20, 2024 in Dublin, Ohio.

Buzzy went home to join his mother, Lilian (Whiteside) Richardson; his step-father, Rufus Richardson; his brothers, Karl Whiteside, Rufus Richardson Whiteside, Kelly Richardson, and Darnell Richardson; his step-sister, Victoria (Richardson) Zachery; his nephews, Rufus Richardson, Jr., Greggory Richardson, and Victor Richardson.

Buzzy leaves to cherish his memory; his children, Delisa, Gary, Princess, James Boston, Lavelle, Kelly James, Doneil, and Bryon; his siblings, Laverne Richardson, Renora Riggs (Jeffrey), and Perdell Richardson (Diane), 19 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, 16 nieces, 11 nephews, 31 great nieces and nephews, and a host of other family members and friends who love him and will miss him.
