Holly Jean (Bauer) Lala, age 59, of Springboro, Ohio, passed peacefully in her sleep on February 16, 2021 after a long battle with respiratory problems. She was born on September 26, 1961 in Madeira, Ohio, where she spent much of her childhood. A beloved wife, mother, sister, friend, and kindred spirit to many, Holly was known for her bubbly personality and happy-go-lucky attitude. She loved family get-togethers, celebrated every single holiday, and cherished outings with friends. She enjoyed the adventure of camping in the fall and painting her toenails under the warmth of the sun in the summer. She loved the Cincinnati Reds baseball team no matter the season. Family always came first to Holly. She is preceded in death by her mother, Nancy (Loheide) Bauer, and father, Edward (Buck) Bauer. She is survived by her husband, Glen Douglas Lala, and her two children, George Gibson and Autumn Lala-Sonora (Jordan). She is also survived by two brothers, Mark Bauer (Arpinja) and Bradley Bauer (Cindy), as well as five sisters, Judith Beckman, Cindy Wald, Barbara Jenkins, Sherry Garnett (Kerry), and Sharon (CC) Susino (Phil). She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Please join us in honoring Holly by attending her celebration of life this Spring, details forthcoming and as COVID permits. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the COPD Foundation. COPD Foundation 3300 Ponce De Leon Blvd, Miami, FL 33134
