Frances Joann Cooper

Frances “JoAnn” Cooper, age 92, of Groveport, Ohio went to heaven on July 24, 2021. She is preceded in death by husband, Albert “Jack” Cooper. Frances is survived by her sister, Karen Sue (David) Shumaker; brother, Michael Scott Strapp; daughters, Jacklyn (Jeff) Jeffers, Linda (Glen) Corner; son, Michael (Victoria) Cooper; 5 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, August 6, at Madison Christian Church 3565 Bixby Rd, Groveport OH 43125, officiated by Pastor Paul Barnes, with a Visitation at 9:00 am, and Service at 10:00 am.
