Ewell Kent Steppe

Ewell Kent Steppe, 70, of Pataskala, Ohio passed away on June 6, 2020. He was born November 26, 1949 in Martin County Kentucky, and was the son of the late Taylor Thomas and Thelma Louise (Smith) Steppe. After his formative years of working for Metal Forge and Coca-Cola he put himself through college later in life and graduated on the Deans List and with Honors from the Devry Institute of Technology, and followed that with a career that included State Auto Insurance, Chase Bank, Huntington Bank and The Pataskala Banking Company. In his leisure time he had a passion for radio controlled airplanes, model railroads, golf and amateur radio. He was a member of Licking County Radio Control Club and Hocking Valley Model Railroaders. Kent will be greatly missed and is survived by his son Terry J. Steppe, his daughter Angelia D. (Steppe) and Randal W. Roach and his granddaughter Allison E. Roach. His former wife Garnett Steppe plus many other family and friends. Private Interment for immediate family at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Licking County Humane Society.
