In Loving Memory of Eric L. Lomax

Eric L. Lomax, born on June 1, 1960, in Columbus Ohio, passed away on February 2, 2025, at the age of 64. A graduate of East High School, Class of 1978, Eric was known for his charismatic spirit and the deep love he had for his family, friends, and God.Eric was preceded in death by his parents, James William Lomax II, and Ethelyn Lee Lomax. He leaves behind his brothers, James William (Jill) Lomax III, Ernest Scott Lomax, and Howard Leon (June) Lomax, along with a host of cousins, nieces, and nephews who will cherish his memory forever.Eric’s life was a testament to the love and devotion he gave to his family. Eric never met a stranger. His presence will be deeply missed, but his legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. 

A celebration of Eric’s life will be held at Family Missionary Baptist Church, 996 Oakwood Ave, Columbus, Ohio, on March 1st at 11:00 AM.Following the service, a repast for family and close friends will take place at 1:00 PM at 2175 S. James Rd, Columbus, Ohio.
