Ellen Kay Burnett

Ellen “Ellie” Lowery/Burnett passed away suddenly on August 9, 2021, at just 52 years of age. Born in Chillicothe, Ohio she was the daughter of John and Shirley Lowery, the mother of Amanda, and a sister to Margie, Linda, Robert, and Richard. She was a member of the local church and loved being with family. Ellie is lovingly remembered by her family and friends.
