Donald R. Hamilton

Donald “Hamie” Roger Hamilton,  age 78, of Mansfield, Ohio passed away at his home on September 7, 2022. He was the son of the late Herman and Margaret (Peg) Hamilton.

He had a long career in the automotive industry. Hamie was a commercial semi truck manager at Whiteys and then owned a used car lot and car wash. His favorite hobby was completely restoring his ‘58 and ‘62 corvettes. He also enjoyed playing racquetball and jogging.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Linda Mellott-Hamilton.

Surviving are his sister, Sandy Letizia-Rahall; his daughters, Jennifer (Niki) (Jon) Tokash and Stacy Hamilton; three grandchildren, twins, Gabby & Spencer Tokash, and Lindsey Tokash; nephews, Chip (Julie) Letizia and Greg Letizia; nieces, Kathy (Phil) Marzullo, Angie Mellott, and Tonya (Dave) Marsh.

We will be remembering and honoring Don with a celebration of life service at a later date. We find comfort in knowing has been happily reunited with his wife Linda and is at peace.
