Donald "D.J." Potter passed away on September 29, 2021, at the age of 48. He was Born in Houston, Texas, and was raised in Columbus, Ohio. He Attended Whitehall-Yearling High School, but graduated with honors from Grove City High in 91'. He Attended the Police Academy at East High Career Center, and graduated top of his class in 91'. He was released from the Military with Honorable Discharge from the Army, due to medical reasons in 92'. He had a passion for fast cars. He enjoyed cooking, fishing, going to the shooting range, or just sitting outside listening to music in the cool breeze of a nice day. He is preceded in death by his father, Donald Potter, of Houston, Texas. He is survived by his wife, Brenda Potter of 21 years; their beloved pets, Dinky and Madison; children, Donald Potter, Mason Potter, and Jacob Potter; step-son, Kaleb Ward; mother, Nadine Rogers; sister, Tylina (Rob) Powell; sisters-in-law, Pam Arnett and Jillian Davis; his two favorite nieces, Olivia and Evelynn Davis; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
