Dev-An D L Howard

Dev-an D L Howard, known to all as Dev-an, passed away peacefully from heart failure on June 18, 2023, in Columbus, Ohio, at the age of 31. Dev-an was born on September 1, 1991, in Saginaw, Michigan, to her loving mother Jannie Shaw.

Dev-an was a cherished member of her family. In addition to her parent, she is survived by one brother Patrick Howard. Four sisters Yolanda Howard, Cherylyn Slay, Michelle Howard, India Byrd and a host of nieces and nephews. Each of them will remember her fondly as a beacon of love and generosity, and her infectious humor will continue to bring smiles to their faces.

A proud graduate of Saginaw High High School, Dev-an was a beloved member of her community.

Dev-an had a passion for beauty and creativity which she expressed through her interest in nails.

Dev-an was a woman of many qualities. She was loving, funny, and generous, always putting others before herself. Her laughter was contagious, filling any room with joy and happiness. She had a knack for making people feel special and loved, and she was often the life of the party. Her generosity knew no bounds; she was always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need.

In her personal life, Dev-an was a devoted family member. She was a loving daughter, a caring sister, and a doting aunt. She cherished spending time with her family, and she created countless memories that they will hold dear. Her love and care for her family were evident in her every action, and she will be deeply missed.
