Daniel Lee Cramer

Daniel Lee Cramer, 74 of Apple Valley, Ohio passed away peacefully on Sunday January 31 2021. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio to Robert George Cramer and Gladys Marie (Vanwinkle). Dan grew up in Ohio and served in the United States Air Force from 1964 to 1968. He stayed in Wichita, Kansas and married Judi Dinkel where they raised daughters Kimberly and Jennifer. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree at Wichita State University and worked at Cessna and NCR. He spent twenty six years in Wichita before moving to Cedar Rapids, Iowa where he worked for Wabtec Railway Electronics and Honeywell. After retiring in 2013 he moved to Apple Valley, Ohio where he resided with Shirley and Tammy Aleshire. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends and hobbies included watching KU Basketball and Ohio State Buckeye football. He loved fishing in the big beautiful lake, riding around the neighborhood in his golf cart, and taking walks with his beloved dog, JoJo. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother Sammy Cramer. He is survived by his daughters Kimberly and Jennifer, Siblings include Dave, Tim, Marty and sister Julie Stewart (Cramer). He is also survived by companion Shirley Aleshire and her children Tammy and Chad. Judi Cramer former spouse. A Celebration of Life Services will be held in Ohio later this spring. In lieu of flowers a memorial fund as been set up in his name at www.peaceforpawsohio.org. GONE BUT NEVER FORGOTTEN. YOU WILL BE GREATLY MISSED!!! REST EASY DAD!! ❤
