Cynthia Ella Grof

Cynthia Ella Grof, 60, passed away peacefully on June 26th, 2021 surrounded by her family at Fairhope Hospice in Lancaster Ohio. She was born June 11th, 1961 to her late parents Robert and Dorothy Schrenk. She is preceded in death by her late husband William Grof. She was a Firestone High School graduate and studied social work at The University of Akron. She enjoyed reading, crime shows and spending time with her friends and family. She was known for her large personality and infectious smile. She fought her battle of early onset Alzheimer’s to the very end. Cynthia is survived by her Children Jason Wyatt, Sarah (Bryan) Cunningham & Gabe Lover; grandchildren Sophia, Brennan, Aubree, Samantha and Jaxon. She will be deeply missed and well-remembered. In honoring Cynthia’s wishes there will be no funeral service. A dignified cremation is in the care of Leaf Cremation and a memorial will be placed in Spring Grove Cemetery located in Cincinnati, Ohio. Memorial Contributions in honor of Cindy may be made to Fairhope Hospice and Palliative Care, 282 Sells Rd Lancaster, OH 43130.
