Chuck

Charles “Chuck” Eugene Bowling age 64, went home to be with his wife, the late Judy Stoneking Bowling in heaven on August 16th, 2022. He was born January 30th, 1958 in Portsmouth Ohio. He was the son of the late Kenneth Bowling and Ruth Compton. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Preston and Minnie Briggs, Chester and Mildred Compton, Luther and Iima Bowling, a brother in law Daniel Stoneking, four sister in laws, several aunts and uncles, two nieces Trina Ward and Callie Caldwell, as well as a baby sister. Chuck was a certified locksmith at Steve’s Locks and Keys for 35 years as well as a certified electrician. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping trips with family, and spending time with his grandkids. Chuck was a loving, hard-working husband, father, and papaw that will be missed by many. Chuck’s surviving family members are three daughters; Sarah Bowling-Cameron, Jessica (Troy) Hanshaw, Victoria (Anthony) Welch, seventeen grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and several sisters and brothers, and his step parents Paul Compton, and Ruth Bowling. A celebration of life will be held August 27th at 2:00pm at Lakeside Community Church 4360 Gallia Street New Boston 45662
