Carol Marie Leis St. Jean

Carol Marie Leis St. Jean passed away at the age of 90 in Mt. Vernon, Ohio on December 10, 2024. She was born on July 13, 1934 to Edward and Elsie Leis in Alden, New York. She is survived by her children, Miriam St. Jean of Mt. Vernon, OH, Rebecca (Denny) Leckron of Gahanna, OH, Edward St. Jean of Butner, NC, Alan (Judy) St. Jean of Galena, OH, Hope (Randy) Grimm of New Auburn, WI, and Mike (Nancy) St. Jean of London, KY, along with 17 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren. Mom loved doing things for others. For a while she would go downstairs in her building and make coffee for anyone that wanted to come down and just visit - when that ended she would always bake cookies for everyone and put them downstairs - and towards the end when she couldn’t get around very well she would put bowls of candy out for the people. She just wanted to make a difference. She also loved watching the news and current events knowing how things were unfolding in the world - and she was looking forward to seeing Jesus coming again!
