Carl Roger Dugan

Carl Roger Dugan, 65, of Marion, Ohio (formerly of Glenford, Ohio) passed away on January 12, 2023.

He was born July 8th,1957 in Lancaster, Ohio to parents Clifford M. and Virginia M. Dugan.

Carl is survived by a daughter Marissa (Fernando) Dongo, a granddaughter Aria Scarlett, a beloved companion Debra Six, and a brother William (Joyce) Dugan. Carl is preceded in death by both parents.

Words cannot express how deeply Carl will be missed. By his daughter, whom he thought the world of, his granddaughter, whom made him smile the biggest smile, his companion, whom he loved to the moon and back and his little brother, whom he loved dearly.

A memorial service is planned for a date yet to be determined. More information to follow.
