Bonita E. (Bonnie) Games, 77 of Mt. Vernon, OH entered into the arms of Jesus, Tuesday, May 24, 2022. Bonnie was born June 25, 1944 in Ashtabula, OH. The daughter of the late Howard and Ruthella (Hall) Morse. A 1962 graduate of Ashtabula High School, Bonnie married the late Rev. Charles R. Games October 19, 1962. One of the most talented ladies you would ever have the pleasure to know, Bonnie loved to share her beautifully crafted homemade cards, surprise loved ones with Random Acts of Kindness and was a Master seamstress. Bonnie spent many years serving the church with beautiful bulletin boards, teaching Sunday School, Jr. Church and conducting children's cantatas. "Aunt Bonnie" as she was affectionally known, took in countless number of foster kids and never met a stranger! Bonnie loved to volunteer with the school reading program and delighted in being a homeroom mom. She could even be spotted driving around town with a car full of helium balloons dressed like a clown, just to spread some cheer! Bonnie's talent and blessings blossomed with her gorgeous silk floral arrangements for all occasions. There was not anything she could not do!! In her later years, you could find her spending time at Ariel Park, listening to her grandson, Teddy, play with the Knox Community Jazz Orchestra, or people watching in the town square with her little dog, Max. Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents and husband and survived by her 3 children. Kevin (Christine) Games, Karin Reed and Wendy (Chris) Parnther. Besides her 3 children, she is survived by her Sister, Carolyn (Bill) Clutter Sr., and Brother, Howard (Betty Osborne) Morse Jr., 9 grandchildren, Timothy (Trish) Games, Ariana (Patrick) Skeese, Olivia (Sabastion Rothberg) Reed, Christopher Parnther II, Teddy (Kayla) Reed, Stephanie Games, Jonathan Games, Christopher Games, Justin Parnther and 1 great-granddaughter, Sophia Games, several nieces and nephews, and of course, Mighty Max her trusted little puppy companion. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in Ashtabula, OH at a later date TBD. Bonnie will always be in our hearts! She is now truly "Joyfully His & Yours."
