Betty Rhodes

Betty Rhodes, 67, of Newark, Ohio went to heaven on 2-6-2022 she was born in Newark,Ohio and was the daughter of the late Frances jakeway she was also preceded in death by her mother Frances Jakeway and her grandson Christopher Rhodes (baby boy) She loved to play games, watch movies, made jewelry for her grandchildren and she crocheted. She loved her husband dearly and was with him for 49years. She also loved taking care of her grandchildren. She always made sure everyone was okay and also made sure everyone had before herself. She has been there for every person she has met and never turned her back no matter what anyone has done. She really had a heart of gold and she will forever be in our hearts. She is survived by her children- JoAnn (Mark) Rhodes, Fred Rhodes, Cathy Amos, her grandchildren, Johnny(Britany) Patterson, Samantha (Kevin) brown, Mark jr. Kansas, Kayden, Madison, Ciara, Kyle, Kendra, Kaylee Her great- grandchildren, Noah brown, Bayleigh Patterson, Isabella brown, Blair Patterson. She used to always say “Everything happens for a reason and god would provide” we will forever cherish these words. We love you forever and always
