✓ Cardboard Cremation Container – A respectful and required container for the cremation process (upgrades available).
✓ Basic Urn – A temporary urn is included to safely return your loved one’s ashes.
✓ Death Certificate Processing – We handle the paperwork for state certification (copies not included).

THE LEAF PROCESS
STEP 1
CONTACT US
Let the nurse or coroner know that you would like for LEAF Cremation to take your loved one into our care.
STEP 2
ARRANGEMENTS
Make arrangements in person, online, or over-the-phone with a dedicated member of our Care Team.
STEP 3
CREMATION
Once all the necessary paperwork is signed and returned, we can proceed with the cremation. Each cremation is private and dignified.
STEP 4
RETURN OF THE REMAINS
After the cremation has taken place, you have the option to come pick up the cremated remains at our office in Columbus. We can also ship or hand deliver the remains to you for an additional fee.
